Refund Policy

Public Event Tickets
Customers may request a full refund by contacting A Hermit’s Terrariums at least 48 hours before the event’s scheduled start time.
Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. However, the ticket may be transferred to another person or applied as a one-time credit toward a future A Hermit’s Terrariums public event, subject to availability. Transfer or credit requests must be received before the original event begins.
No-shows and requests submitted after an event has started are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.
Event Cancellations
If A Hermit’s Terrariums or the host venue cancels an event, ticket purchasers will receive a full refund to their original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, customers may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
Private Workshops
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms for private workshops are provided in the proposal, invoice, or written booking agreement for that event. Those event-specific terms take priority over this general policy.
Custom Terrariums and Living Designs
Cancellation and refund terms for custom orders will be provided before payment or production begins. Once materials have been purchased or work has started, some or all payments may become nonrefundable as disclosed to the customer beforehand.
Future Physical Products
A Hermit’s Terrariums does not currently sell or ship physical products through its online store. Product return and refund terms will be added before online product sales begin.
Requesting a Refund, Transfer, or Credit
Email ahermitsterrariums@gmail.com with the purchaser’s name, event name, and order or ticket number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
