Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Eligibility

Because our terrariums contain live plants and are handcrafted, all sales are considered final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges once a product has shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you expected, we will work with you to make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or partial refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the damage or issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement terrarium

  • A partial refund

  • A store credit

We do not refund or replace items that are damaged due to:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failure to bring the package indoors promptly

  • Improper care after delivery

  • Natural plant variation, minor cosmetic imperfections, or normal shipping stress

All custom orders are non-refundable once created.

Cancellations, Shipping Issues & Contact Information

Orders may only be canceled before they begin processing. Once materials have been gathered or work has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but not received, the issue must be handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist where we can, but refunds cannot be issued for carrier-related delays or lost/stolen packages.
