Legal Disclaimer (Live Plants & General Liability)

Our terrariums contain live plants, and natural variations, minor cosmetic flaws, or temporary stress may occur during shipping due to temperature, handling, or carrier delays. Most plants recover once placed in proper conditions. A Hermit’s Terrariums is not liable for these natural variations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Live plants may differ slightly from product photos

  • You are responsible for opening the package promptly and providing proper care

  • We are not liable for plant health issues caused by environmental conditions after delivery

  • Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, transit conditions and delays fall under the carrier’s responsibility

If your item is damaged beyond normal shipping variation, reach out within 48 hours and we will work with you on a solution.

Processing, Shipping, Packaging & Damages

All terrariums and products are handcrafted, packaged carefully, and shipped within the U.S.

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–8 business days depending on carrier and location

  • Custom Orders: May require additional processing time

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We pack all terrariums using protective materials, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at ahermitsterrariums@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

A Hermit’s Terrariums is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Packages marked “delivered” but lost or stolen

  • Shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions
