Current Shipping Availability

 

A Hermit’s Terrariums does not currently offer online shipping of live plants, terrariums, or other physical products. Our online shop is temporarily unavailable while we develop and test future products, packaging, and fulfillment methods.

 

Workshop and Event Tickets

 

Workshop and event tickets are delivered electronically. No physical ticket will be shipped. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during registration and should contact us if they do not receive their confirmation.

 

Private Workshops and Custom Orders

 

Private workshop materials are brought to the confirmed event location as part of the workshop service. Pickup, local delivery, or other fulfillment arrangements for custom terrariums and living designs are determined individually and confirmed directly with the customer before payment or production.

 

Future Product Orders

 

When physical products become available for online purchase, the applicable processing times, shipping options, costs, delivery areas, and damage-reporting procedures will be displayed on the website or during checkout. This policy will be updated before online shipping begins.
