Frequently Asked Questions

We offer terrarium workshops, succulent-garden workshops, mobile terrarium bars and public pop-ups, custom terrariums and special orders, and indoor plant and terrarium refresh services.

Terrarium workshops start at $30 per participant, with larger $40 and $50 options available. Succulent-garden workshops start at $35 per participant. Custom services are priced individually based on the request.

Private workshops require a minimum of eight participants. Public terrarium bars and pop-ups do not require the same eight-person minimum.

Plants, containers, decorative materials, step-by-step instruction, setup, and cleanup are included unless otherwise noted. Participants also receive care information for their finished arrangement.

We work with private parties, friend groups, businesses, libraries, arts centers, senior-living communities, recreation programs, apartment communities, and other organizations.

Yes. No previous plant or terrarium experience is needed. We guide participants through each step and explain how to care for their finished creation.

A Hermit’s Terrariums is based in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, and serves surrounding communities. Regional travel may also be available depending on the event and group size.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible once you have a preferred date. Availability varies, and larger events may require additional preparation time.
