Terrariums contain live plants, and natural variations may occur. Product photos are examples, and each terrarium will have its own unique appearance. Once delivered, you are responsible for proper care and handling. We are not liable for damage or plant decline caused by environmental conditions or neglect after delivery.
Payments, Returns, Liability & Contact
All payments made through our store must be completed using approved payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Shopify, etc.). By checking out, you authorize charges to your chosen payment method.
All returns, refunds, and shipping issues are handled according to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once a package has been shipped.
