Agreement to These Terms
By using ahermitsterrariums.com, registering for an event, submitting a workshop request, or purchasing services from A Hermit’s Terrariums, a DBA of Stonewall Enterprise Group, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any event-specific terms provided before purchase. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase or booking.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current. Event details, service descriptions, prices, availability, and other information may be updated when necessary.
Submitting a workshop request does not create a confirmed booking. A workshop is confirmed only after A Hermit’s Terrariums provides written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Public Events and Tickets
The date, time, location, price, and included materials for each public event are displayed on the applicable event page. Tickets are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration and for reviewing their confirmation details.
Ticket cancellations, refunds, transfers, and credits are governed by our Refund Policy and any event-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
Private Workshops
The details of a private workshop—including the date, location, participant count, price, payment schedule, materials, cancellation terms, and rescheduling terms—will be confirmed in a proposal, invoice, or other written booking agreement.
When event-specific written terms differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the event-specific terms will control for that booking.
Participant Responsibilities and Safety
Participants must follow facilitator instructions and use all tools and materials as directed. A parent, guardian, or host organization is responsible for the appropriate supervision of minors unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
Please inform A Hermit’s Terrariums in advance of any allergies, accessibility needs, or other accommodations relevant to safe participation. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and coordinate with the host venue when applicable.
Custom Terrariums and Living Designs
The scope, price, estimated completion time, payment terms, pickup or delivery arrangements, and cancellation terms for custom work will be confirmed before production begins.
Because plants and other natural materials vary, finished living designs may differ in color, size, shape, or appearance from photographs and examples. Customers are responsible for ongoing care after receiving their design and should follow any care instructions provided.
Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed during checkout or included on an invoice. By submitting payment information, you authorize the stated charge.
Prices may change before a purchase or booking is confirmed. If an error affects the price or details of a transaction, we will contact the customer before proceeding and provide the option to cancel and receive a refund of any affected payment.
A failed, reversed, or incomplete payment may result in the cancellation of a reservation or order.
Refunds and Fulfillment
Refunds, transfers, and event credits are governed by our Refund Policy.
Shipping, electronic ticket delivery, custom-order pickup, and other fulfillment arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy and any written terms provided for the applicable transaction.
Intellectual Property
Original website text, branding, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials are owned by A Hermit’s Terrariums or used with permission.
Website content may be viewed for personal, noncommercial purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use services provided by Wix and other third parties for event registration, forms, payment processing, social media, maps, and external links. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control every aspect of an independent third-party service. If you have difficulty accessing a feature, please contact us so we can assist or provide the information through another reasonable method.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services and business practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. The terms provided at the time of a confirmed booking or purchase will apply to that transaction unless both parties agree otherwise.
